Position - Engineering Manager

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management or related field

Experience - 12+ Years of relevant experience in execution of Design engineering projects FEED , Detail Design , Oil and Gas consultants

Location - Navi Mumbai

Immediate Joinee Preferred

Responsibilities:-

Operational Oversight:

- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple Design and Engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets
- Develop and implement operational strategies, systems, and procedures to support project delivery excellence.
- Monitor and manage design execution, progress, and project deliverables through coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Actively involved in proposals and Pre-bid

Resource & Team Management:

- Oversee allocation and utilization of technical and project management resources.
- Work closely with department leads (engineering, procurement, HSE, quality, etc.) to ensure adequate staffing and skills across projects.
- Support recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team development initiatives.

Financial & Cost Control:

- Assist in estimate / budget preparation, forecasting, and cost monitoring across projects.
- Identify operational risks and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial performance targets are met.
- Work closely with finance to manage invoices, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

- Drive continuous improvement in operational practices, tools,



and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, regulatory standards, and internal policies (including ISO, HSE, QA/QC).
- Facilitate audits, inspections, and internal reviews.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Serve as a focal point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in proposal development, contract negotiation, and project kickoff meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address operational challenges or escalations proactively.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle in Design and Engineering projects: feasibility, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction oversight.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project), ERP systems
- Thorough Scope understanding

- Active and well versed with Design process
