Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive to support finance and accounting operations at our Bamboo Crash Barrier (BCB) manufacturing plant near Bongaigaon, Assam. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, statutory compliance, and project expense tracking.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP / SAP

* Process vendor invoices, contractor bills, and payment entries

* Handle TDS deductions and GST compliance documentation

* Track site expenses, material purchases, and labour payments

* Maintain purchase registers, expense records, and cost sheets





* Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing

* Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance

Candidate Profile

* B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)

* 1–3 years experience in accounting

* Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and vendor accounting

* Experience with Tally or accounting software

* Willingness to work at project site location near Bongaigaon

Compensation

₹2.5 – ₹4 LPA (based on experience)
