• Project Tracking: Planned, monitored, and updated project timelines to ensure timely completion of all milestones.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Served as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and trades, ensuring alignment with project scope and deliverables.
• Site Supervision: Conducted regular meetings with site engineers to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Wastage Control: Oversaw material planning and cost control measures to minimize wastage and optimize resource utilisation.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensured adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and approved specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Business Support: Assisted in cost estimation, feasibility analysis and operational improvements to support business development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering,
Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and understand 2D architectural drawings, floor plans and interior elevations.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project). Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is a bonus.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management abilities with a proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot logistical issues and material delays effectively.
