We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to join our manufacturing unit in Pithampur. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock and inventory effectively.
- Handle documentation, invoicing, and E-way bill generation.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks, audits, and stock-taking.
- Plan and execute dispatch operations efficiently.
- Communicate with customers and vendors for smooth coordination.
- Collaborate with the production department for timely dispatch.
- Ensure overall dispatch planning and execution.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in SAP & Excel and related tools.
