Job Role: Optometrist & Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate eye refraction and vision tests.
- Recommend appropriate lenses, frames, and optical products based on customer needs.
- Assist customers in frame selection, product education, and upselling premium brands.
- Maintain customer records and ensure proper follow-up for repeat visits.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and store hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with team for inventory, display, and store operations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through qualified counselling and product knowledge.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Optometry.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Sales-driven approach with professional ethics.
- Experience in optical retail preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
