As a Visual Identity Designer, you will be central to shaping and evolving brand experiences that align business objectives with memorable visual storytelling.n

## **Key Responsibilities**

n

- Lead the concepting and execution of brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color systems, iconography and visual language for digital and physical touchpoints
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines and asset libraries that enable consistent implementation across marketing, product, and partner channels
- Collaborate closely with strategy, UX/UI, content and development teams to translate brand strategy into coherent visual systems and design principles
- Develop high-fidelity visual assets — presentations, social templates, website visuals, packaging comps and environmental graphics — ready for production or handoff
- Drive design reviews and present work to internal stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating rationale, constraints and recommended implementations




- Establish and maintain scalable design systems in tools like Figma, ensuring components, tokens and usage guidelines are documented and governed
- Manage multiple brand projects concurrently, ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards and creative direction are met
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture that prioritizes craft, feedback and continuous improvement

n## **Required Qualifications**n
- 4+ years of professional experience in brand, identity or visual design — agency, studio or in-house experience preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand identity work, systems thinking and real-world implementations across digital and print
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experience creating component-based design systems
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
- Practical knowledge of production processes for print and digital asset handoff; familiarity with SVGs, responsive assets and basic file preparation
- Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly and persuasively




- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team and manage priorities across multiple projects

n## **Preferred Qualifications**n
- Experience working in branding or creative studios that support startups and technology brands
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for creating animated logos, transitions and social content
- Experience with packaging design, environmental graphics or wayfinding systems
- Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) to better collaborate with developers during implementation
- Experience developing or maintaining design tokens and working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Prior experience leading creative workshops or brand discovery sessions with clients
