THRS is seeking a high-calibre Client Partnerships Manager to drive the performance, positioning, and commercial success of our global luxury hospitality portfolio in India.

n
As Client Partnerships Manager, you will be the primary custodian of client success within THRS.
n
You will
n
Lead onboarding and integration of global luxury brands
n
Drive structured engagement with travel trade and distribution partners
n
Execute high-impact initiatives (FAM trips, sales missions, campaigns)
n
Deliver consistent performance reporting and strategic insights
n

Ownership & Account Leadership
n
Lead end-to-end onboarding of new global hospitality clients
n
Align THRS strategy with each client’s revenue goals and brand positioning
n
Act as the primary point of contact for all client stakeholders
n
Conduct structured reviews, performance updates, and strategic discussion
n
Deliver clear, high-quality reporting and actionable insights 2.

Travel Trade
n
Engagement & FAM Experiences
n
Conceptualize and execute high-impact FAM trips for top-tier travel partners
n
Curate participant mix based on commercial potential and strategic relevance
n
Manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery
n
Track and report post-FAM ROI, conversions, and business outcomes 3.

Sales
n
Missions & Market Activation
n
Plan and execute sales missions across key Indian source markets
n
Represent global luxury brands in: Client meetings, Trade presentations,Networking platforms
n
Build relationships with: Luxury travel designers, Premium tour operators, High-value agency networks
n
Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes 4.

Marketing & Market Development
n
Manage segmentation and activation of THRS’s travel trade database
n
Execute targeted: Email campaigns,WhatsApp outreach, Product trainings
n
Drive awareness of: Campaigns, Seasonal offers,Brand narratives
n
Monitor campaign performance and deliver data-backed insights Who You Are
n
5–8+ years in luxury hospitality, travel, or representation
n
Solid exposure to international 5-star / ultra-luxury brands
n
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across markets
n
Commercially aware with an understanding of revenue drivers and trade dynamics
n

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
n
