Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Shift Manager role based in Patiala. The Shift Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage team members, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure product quality and store cleanliness. Responsibilities include coordinating shift schedules, training team members, managing inventory,
and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. The Shift Manager will also work to meet sales targets and provide a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team coordination, and people management skills
Customer service and interpersonal communication proficiency
Experience with inventory management, shift scheduling, and problem-solving
Understanding of food safety standards and health regulations
Basic financial skills for handling cash and achieving sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Previous experience in food service or retail management is an advantage
A high school diploma or equivalent; formal training in hospitality or management is a plus
