About The Role
Financial Planning Analyst will strengthen & focus FP&A; business partnering role with all business leaders, line managers, actively prepare Monthly Capitalization Reports, SLT Reports, Quarterly Board Report Pack, Investor Presentations, Earnings Release Deck & any other Internal reports that is necessary to ensure cost optimizations are in line with overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Quarterly Board Deck Report, Investor presentations, Earnings release deck.

Prepare monthly payroll capitalization based on the new timesheet process and validate capitalization against the approved budget with good understanding of IAS 38.

Prepare the monthly SLT report showing departmental performance, and update Lattice goals accordingly after ensuring prompt month-end close with Senior Accountant.

Conduct a detailed monthly review of the financial statem
