Job Title: Vendor Relations Executive Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Vendor Relations Executive to manage purchasing activities, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and build strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing costs, maintaining documentation, and driving data-driven procurement decisions. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Purchase Compliance Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards. Monitor vendor contracts and compliance requirements to mitigate risks. Conduct periodic audits to maintain transparency and accountability in purchasing processes. 2. Vendor Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors. Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and service levels. Identify and onboard new vendors to ensure a competitive and diversified supplier base. 3. Price Negotiation Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.



Analyze market trends to ensure competitive procurement strategies. Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality and timelines. 4. Procurement Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices. Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline documentation workflows. 5. Spend Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze procurement spend to identify cost optimization opportunities. Prepare periodic reports on purchasing trends, vendor performance, and savings achieved. Use data insights to support strategic decision-making and budgeting.
