We are looking for a Rust Backend Developer t o join our engineering team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems. Role Overview As a Rust Backend Developer , you will work closely with engineers to design, implement, and maintain backend services in Rust. You will gain practical experience in backend systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure while contributing to our digital product ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Rust. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under mentorship. Collaborate with frontend, design, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features. Implement and optimize database queries (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and scalability.



Design and maintain caching layers to improve application performance. Debug, test, and optimize backend services for reliability. Learn and apply best practices in software architecture, security, and CI/CD. Stay updated with the Rust ecosystem and backend development trends. Required skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Rust programming language (through projects, internships, or academics). Understanding of backend concepts: REST APIs, authentication, microservices. Exposure to databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL alternatives). Basic understanding of caching techniques (Redis, in-memory, or similar). Knowledge of Git and version control workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
