Job Title: WMS Consultant – Manhattan Active WMS Specialist Location: 100% Remote (India) Job Type: Contract Industry: Retail, Supply Chain Experience Level: Senior (8+ years) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Consultant with deep expertise in Manhattan Active WMS to lead and support a large-scale WMS transformation across our distribution network. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring robust technical, functional, and leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Manhattan Active WMS solutions, while also serving as a key consultant between business operations and engineering. Lead full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS across multiple distribution centers. Configure and design WMS processes tailored to business needs, including Receiving, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define system design, and ensure alignment with operational goals.



Conduct ongoing analysis of supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts. Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics. Support testing strategies and validate functional changes in WMS. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on WMS strategy and execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain for Retail, or Consumer Goods industries. Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS. Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS and configuration. Experience with Manhattan Proactive Extension development. Strong working knowledge of standard warehouse
