Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Lactation Consultant, based in New Delhi. The Lactation Consultant will provide expert guidance and support to new and expectant parents, assisting with breastfeeding techniques, addressing concerns, and helping overcome challenges.
The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive maternal and child health care, and may include engaging with families in both clinical and educational settings. Qualifications Certification as a Certified Lactation Counselor and expertise in Lactation support. Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care and familiarity with newborn care. Knowledge in Medicine and Maternal-Child Health fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support compassionate family care. Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and contribute to a multidisciplinary care team. Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant healthcare or medical field is preferred.
