Review and validate extraction of covenants, trigger clauses, and key terms from complex credit agreements and amendments. Oversee periodic testing of financial covenants and trigger events, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensure adherence to covenant calendars, reporting timelines, and client-specific requirements.
