We are looking for an exceptionally sharp Marketing Intern who is part technical SEO wizard, part data analyst, and part creative storyteller.
This isn’t a "social media manager" role where you just post pictures. You will be responsible for the measurable growth of our digital footprint. If you can prove that your changes move the needle on traffic and conversions, a full-time leadership role is waiting for you.

Your Mission
Technical SEO & WordPress: Dive into the backend of our WordPress site. You’ll be responsible for optimizing metadata, improving site speed, fixing crawl errors, and implementing on-page SEO strategies that actually work.
Data Correlation: You won’t just make changes; you’ll prove they work. You will use Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to correlate your technical tweaks with actual spikes in visibility and traffic.
Brand Communication: Create and curate compelling social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) that positions RackAnStack as a thought leader in the industry.
Conversion Optimization: Constantly test headlines, CTAs,



and layouts to turn site visitors into business leads.

Who You Are (The "Triple Threat")
The Technician: You aren't afraid of WordPress plugins, HTML tags, or schema markup. You understand how Google "reads" a website.
The Analyst: You love Excel/Google Sheets. You enjoy connecting the dots between Action A and Result B. You are obsessed with "Why did our traffic jump 10% this week?"
The Communicator: You write clean, professional, and engaging copy. You know how to tailor a brand voice for a B2B audience.

Requirements
Comfort and familiarity with learning technical tools
Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Ubersuggest) and Google Analytics a plus
Excellent written English and a knack for visual storytelling.
A "Results-First" mindset—you value conversions over "likes."
Based in or willing to work with the team in Vijayawada .
The "Conversion" Clause
This internship is a 3-6 month trial. We are not looking for temporary help; we are looking for a Growth Lead . If your marketing program hits predefined KPIs for traffic and brand recognition, you will be offered a permanent, full time position with a competitive salary and a seat at the table.
