You will be responsible for supervising Service Partner Operations, ensuring the quality of customer service provided by service partners and regularly monitoring and improving service quality parameters like open calls, same-day closures, and escalations of each service partner. You will also assist service partners in educating service engineers about the right attitude for handling customer interactions and validate replacement calls, initiating the process from the service end. Additionally, you will support service partners in stock management for spare parts.

In the role, you will manage Defect Management and Trade by maintaining trade partner satisfaction through timely resolution in case of defective products at the shop floor. You will provide swift responses to escalated customer issues raised by trade partners and conduct periodic stock checks at trade partner godowns to minimize stock defects and repair costs.

Your responsibilities will also include training Service Engineers by providing engineering solutions to issues they face, guiding them to excel in soft skills and customer interaction, and offering technical support to build expertise in specific product repairs and new products.

To drive Sales and Revenue, you will promote sales of accessories, water products, spare parts, and stabilizers to the service partners. You will interface with the service quality team and service partners to communicate targets and incentive schemes effectively.
