Hiring: Founder Associate (On-Site)

Location: Paschim Vihar, Recent Delhi

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

Internship Duration: 4 Months (PPO based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:



* Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives and business planning

* Assist in research, analysis, and execution of key projects across departments

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks

* Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for business insights

* Drive operational efficiency by identifying gaps and implementing solutions

* Support in partnerships, client communications, and business development activities

* Handle ad-hoc tasks and high-priority assignments from the Founder’s office

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* High ownership, adaptability, and a proactive mindset

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
