Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This senior-level, full-time role is based in Madikeri, Wayanad, Kannur, Mangaluru, and Mysuru. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience and a strong background in managing operational aspects within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications and Skills

- The manager ensures all departments like Front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service function efficiently and smoothly.
- Staff management involves hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and managing staff across various departments.
- Must have experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality. (Mandatory skill)
- Responsible for ensuring high standards of guest service and addressing complaints. (Mandatory skill)




- Implementing measures to improve the guest experience is crucial for operational success. (Mandatory skill)
- They ensure adherence to quality standards in all areas of the hotel including cleanliness and maintenance. (Mandatory skill)
- Responsible for identifying and resolving operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments within the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and address complaints efficiently to enhance guest experiences.
- Implement measures for continuous improvement of service quality and operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in all operational aspects, including cleanliness and maintenance.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage staff scheduling effectively.
- Collaborate with other department heads to optimize operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
