Role Overview

Codem is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the design, configuration, and support of core SAP Finance processes on SAP S/4HANA (latest versions). The role involves end-to-end implementation, integration, and production support across Finance and Controlling, with a strong focus on business process alignment and SAP Fiori–based execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Finance Configuration & Implementation

- Design, configure, and support core SAP S/4HANA FI & CO components, including:
- General Ledger (New GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting & Cash Management
- Document Splitting and Parallel Ledgers
- Configure and manage Automatic Payment Program (F110) and bank communication interfaces.
- Implement and support Tax configurations, including:
- Indirect Taxes
- Withholding Tax
- VAT / TDS

Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Lead and support FI integrations with MM, SD, and CO modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end financial processes.

SAP Fiori & S/4HANA Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience working with SAP Fiori applications related to FI and CO.
- Support adoption of S/4HANA best practices and Fiori-based user workflows.

Support & Operations





- Provide daily operational and production support:
- Analyze incidents and issues
- Propose and implement configuration changes
- Ensure system stability and data integrity

Project Delivery & Governance

- Participate in and lead new business initiatives, including:
- Requirement gathering and business process mapping
- Configuration documentation and SOP creation
- Functional specification preparation
- Unit testing, UAT support, and go-live execution
- Ensure adherence to Codem’s delivery, documentation, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA
- Deep functional knowledge of FI components: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Taxes
- Solid understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture and Universal Journal concepts
- Experience with parallel ledgers, document splitting, and financial close processes
- Proven experience supporting production systems and handling critical incidents
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation
- Experience in end-to-end implementations and rollouts

Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades or ECC-to-S/4 migrations
- Exposure to SAP Central Finance or advanced financial reporting
- Prior experience in consulting or system integrator environments
