- *Role Overview**

nWe are seeking an experienced recruiter to manage **end-to-end recruitment** for multiple service lines within a leading consulting organization. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, driving talent strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**:



Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from **job requisition to onboarding**, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to define hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- **Talent Sourcing**: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to attract top talent.
- **Screening & Assessment**: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage selection processes.
- **Offer Management**: Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- **Data & Reporting**: Track recruitment metrics, provide insights, and recommend process improvements.
- **Employer Branding**: Support initiatives to enhance the companys talent brand in the market.
- *Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **end-to-end recruitment** within consulting or skilled services.
- Strong understanding of **talent acquisition strategies**, market trends, and diversity hiring.
- Excellent **stakeholder management**, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with **ATS systems** and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, dynamic environment**.
