- *Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success**
- Manage onboarding and client training
- Ensure strong product adoption
- Resolve issues proactively
- Conduct regular client reviews
- Share insights with product teams
- *Account Management**
- Handle client accounts across NCR region
nHands-on experience with at least one:n

- Falconbrick
- Onsite Teams

- *Who We’re Looking For**
- 1–2 years relevant experience
- Construction / real estate background preferred
- SaaS exposure is a plus
- Strong Hindi & English communication
- Ability to manage multiple clients
- Open to regional travel

nBachelor’s degree in: Engineering / Architecture / BBA / BCA / Polytechnic or equivalentn
