Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Senior Consultant | Bengaluru having 10+years to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial consolidation, reconciliation, and data integration , along with the ability to work closely with finance and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions
- Configure and manage ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud)
- Design and implement financial consolidation and reconciliation processes
- Handle data integration using FDMEE / Data Management tools
- Perform system configurations, data mappings, and validations
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across financial systems




- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system enhancements

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations
- Hands-on expertise in ARCS and FCCS modules
- Proven experience in end-to-end EPM implementations
- Robust knowledge of data integration (FDMEE / Data Management)
- Experience in system configuration, data validation, and financial processes
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Finance & IT)

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to other EPM modules like PBCS / EPBCS
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Groovy )
- Experience in ERP integrations (Oracle / SAP)
- Understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes
