We’re Hiring: Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview

-We are looking for a client servicing executive to handle an international client and manage end-to-end creator outreach operations.

-This is a client servicing + partnerships role, where you will ensure smooth communication between the client, internal team, and creators.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client.

• Understand client requirements and ensure consistent delivery

• Share regular updates, reports, and insights

• Maintain strong, professional client relationships

Creator Outreach & Partnerships

• Oversee outreach to creators via DMs, emails, and social platforms

• Ensure high-quality conversations with creators seeking funding

• Guide the team on how to engage effectively (non-robotic, contextual communication)

• Identify and improve outreach strategies for better conversion

Lead Management

• Ensure relevant and qualified creator leads are generated

• Review and filter leads before sharing with the client

• Maintain accuracy and quality in lead handover

Team Coordination

• Manage and guide a team of 5–6 members

• Ensure daily productivity and accountability





• Streamline workflows across outreach and reporting

Systems & Reporting

• Maintain CRM tools (Airtable or similar)

• Track outreach, responses, and lead status

• Ensure all data and communication is well-structured and documented

Who We’re Looking For

✅ 2–3 years experience in:

• Client Servicing

✅ Strong English communication (written & verbal)

✅ Experience handling clients independently

✅ Comfortable managing high-volume outreach and conversations

✅ Prior experience leading or coordinating a small team

Not a Fit If You Are:

• From core technical / IT project management backgrounds

• Looking for backend/operations-only roles with no communication

Good to Have

* Understanding of YouTube / creator ecosystem

* Experience in lead generation or outreach campaigns

* Ability to balance professionalism with a relatable tone
