Role Summary

We are looking for a highly curious and driven RevOps Intern to work closely with SaasWin leadership on live client engagements.

This is not a CRM admin role or a pure analyst role. We are looking for builders and problem-solvers who enjoy understanding how GTM teams operate, can break down business problems into structured solutions, and use AI naturally in how they work.

You will get close exposure to real B2B SaaS clients and support work across GTM strategy, process design, systems thinking, and data-backed problem solving.

What You’ll Work On Strategy

- Support leadership teams in defining core GTM strategy elements such as ICP, segmentation, target account logic, territory and ownership approaches, and coverage models
- Help shape operating models across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue teams, including how teams should work together, where ownership should sit, and how decisions should get made
- Assist in structuring key RevOps recommendations around planning, review cadences, process design, org interfaces, and scaling priorities
- Break down ambiguous client asks into structured problem statements, workstreams, and action plans

Process

- Help design and document core revenue processes such as forecast process design, pipeline governance, lead and handoff workflows, renewal motions, compensation processes, and leadership review cadences
- Turn client and internal working sessions into clear outputs such as process maps,



requirement notes, decision logs, and action trackers
- Help build repeatable operating structures that clients can run on their own once the process is set up

Systems

- Translate RevOps requirements into clear working specifications for CRM admins, developers, and systems teams
- Help define workflow logic, reporting requirements, and system change needs based on the intended business process
- Support QA and validation to ensure systems reflect the process correctly
- Use AI as a first-principles way of working across research, documentation, analysis, synthesis, and problem solving

Data

- Support analysis of pipeline movement, conversion trends, compensation inputs, and operational gaps
- Help define the data points and reporting views needed for teams and leadership to run processes effectively
- Assist in building trackers, review packs, and structured inputs that support operating cadences and better decision-making

Who We’re Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of experience, including internships, full-time roles, or serious side projects within high-growth startups or consulting firms
- Strong curiosity about B2B SaaS, RevOps, systems, and process design
- Folks with a genuine penchant for data and crafting stories using data
- Builders and tinkerers who like solving business problems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn messy inputs into clear outputs
- Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and written communication
- Naturally inclined to use AI tools to improve speed and quality of work

Good to Have

- Exposure to RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, CS Ops, consulting, or business operations
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or related GTM tools
- Experience with automation, no-code tools, scripting, or AI workflows
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS environments
