We are looking for an Investment Analyst to support research, evaluation, and execution of investment and acquisition opportunities in India, primarily across Accounting, GST, Taxation, and Compliance sectors.

- *Job Responsibilities**
- Prepare structured business profiles covering business model, products, customers, ownership, and financials.
- Analyse target companies using MCA filings, financial statements, and public data to assess strategic and financial fit.
- Conduct initial discussions with founders/promoters to understand vision, growth plans, and deal expectations.
- Identify product, distribution, and go-to-market synergies and post-acquisition value creation opportunities.
- Identify and shortlist acquisition targets aligned with the companys strategic focus areas.
- Support financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and coordinate financial, legal, tax, and regulatory diligence.
- *Skills Required**
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, XL & data analytics and detail oriented.
- Sound knowledge of financial statements & ability to interpret MCA filings & data.
- Robust business acumen, research-driven & documentation skills.
