- *Role Overview**

nOrciVita is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **HR & Accounts Executive** to manage and streamline both human resource operations and financial processes. This dual-role position requires robust organizational skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced clinical research environment.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *Human Resource Functions**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
- Process payroll in coordination with accounts
- Handle employee engagement and grievance resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support training coordination and performance appraisal processes
- *Accounts & Finance Functions**
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities (entries, ledgers, vouchers)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Prepare invoices
- Coordinate with auditors and maintain financial documentation
- All company compliances in terms of ROC and MCA needs to be managed
- Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning




- *Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Indian labor laws
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and compliance (GST, TDS)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- *Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), HR, or related field
- MBA in HR / Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
- *Experience**
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in **HR + Accounts role**
- Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or SME environment is an advantage
