Role Overview

We’re looking for an AI-first Product Manager who has actively built, shipped, and scaled AI-driven products or initiatives over the past 1–2 years.

This is not a traditional PM role — we’re looking for someone who deeply understands AI agents, automation, and rapid prototyping (“vibe coding”) , and has personally used AI to automate workflows and build products .

You will drive AI adoption across the organization — from internal productivity tools to customer-facing experiences .

Key Responsibilities

- Drive AI Product Strategy: Identify high-impact use cases across the business and build AI-first product solutions
- Build & Ship Fast: Lead rapid prototyping and experimentation using modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, no-code/low-code stacks)
- AI Agents & Automation: Design and deploy AI agents to automate workflows across functions (sales, ops, support, etc.)
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with engineering, business, and ops teams to integrate AI into core products
- Own End-to-End Delivery:



From ideation → prototyping → launch → iteration
- Scale AI Adoption: Drive internal enablement and embed AI into everyday workflows across teams

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 2–6 years in Product Management / Product-led roles
- Must have actively worked on AI initiatives or built AI products in the last 2 years
- Hands-on AI Exposure: Experience building with AI agents, LLMs, or automation tools
- Strong understanding of prompting, workflows, and agent-based systems
- Builder Mindset: Has launched multiple prototypes / MVPs
- Comfortable with “vibe coding” / rapid experimentation
- Automation-First Thinking: Has automated parts of their own work using AI
- Thinks in terms of efficiency, scale, and systems
- Product Thinking: Solid ability to identify problems, prioritize, and ship solutions
- Data-driven decision-making

Nice to Have

- Experience with tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, Notion AI, etc.
- Background in early-stage startups or AI-first companies
- Exposure to automation in sales, operations, or customer experience
