We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Team Lead for leading our customer support team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring performance metrics are met, and delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of customer support executives.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs such as SLA, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards
- Prepare and maintain reports on team performance and operational metrics
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO/Customer Support with at least 1 year in a Team Lead role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
