- System Configuration and Administration:

Maintaining, configuring, and optimizing OpenAir and NetSuite environments to align with business needs, including managing user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards.

- Data Management:

Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security, including data migrations between systems and collaborating with different teams to validate and clean data.

- User Support:

n

Serving as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to both platforms, resolving system issues, and escalating tickets as needed.

n

- System Optimization:

n

Monitoring system performance, ensuring uptime and stability, and identifying opportunities to improve system processes through automation or configuration updates.

- Integration Management:

n

Supporting integrations with third-party systems and ensuring data flows accurately between platforms.

n

- Staying Updated:

n

Keeping abreast of NetSuite and OpenAir updates, releases, and best practices.

- Documentation:

Creating and maintaining user documentation, training guides, and FAQs.
