Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to work on high-value tax litigation matters before the AO, CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.

Key Responsibilities:





- Drafting replies, submissions, and legal documents
- Preparing paper books and coordinating appeal filings
- Assisting senior associates in client representation
- Supporting business development and compliance matters

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant / Advocate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in Direct Tax matters preferred
- Proficiency in research tools like Taxmann, TaxSutra, Manupatra, etc.
- Solid written & verbal communication
