Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) will lead the end-to-end development and scaling of the Battery Energy Storage Systems business, overseeing strategy, manufacturing, engineering, project execution, and commercial growth. This role is responsible for building a high-growth, independent business unit, including commissioning and scaling a 2.5 GWh manufacturing facility and expanding into domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute long-term business strategy, growth roadmap, and capacity expansion plans
- Own full P&L;, revenue growth, and profitability targets
- Drive manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and cost optimization
- Lead business development across utilities, EPC, C&I;, and global markets
- Oversee large-scale BESS project execution and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery




- Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, investors, and industry stakeholders
- Guide technology roadmap, product innovation, and compliance with global standards
- Manage capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations

Key Requirements:

- Engineering degree (MBA preferred)
- Extensive leadership experience in battery manufacturing, EV, renewable energy, or power electronics
- Proven ability to scale large industrial or energy businesses
- Robust industry network and expertise in BESS, EPC, and clean energy ecosystems

Success Metrics:

- Revenue and order book growth
- EBITDA and cost per kWh improvements
- Manufacturing capacity utilization
- Successful project execution and market expansion
