Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 1-2 years of experience who can independently handle day-to-day client communication and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

This role requires someone who can manage accounts at an execution level, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely delivery , while supporting senior team members in strategy and client growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management

- Act as a point of contact for clients for day-to-day communication
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements, brand positioning, and campaign objectives
- Ensure timely responses and proactive communication

2. Campaign Execution

- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns (Digital, Social, ATL/BTL support)
- Coordinate with Creative, Copy, Media, and Production teams
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and as per brief
- Track campaign timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

3. Briefing & Coordination





- Translate client requirements into clear and structured internal briefs
- Ensure all teams are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Follow up with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency

4. Quality Control

- Review deliverables before sharing with clients
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Manage revisions and feedback loops efficiently

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare campaign updates, reports, and presentations
- Maintain trackers, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and project documentation
- Highlight risks, delays, or scope changes proactively

6. Business Support

- Assist in pitch preparations and proposal development
- Support in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Work closely with managers on client retention and satisfaction

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of advertising campaigns (Digital/ATL/BTL)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of client servicing and agency workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field
- MBA is a plus (not mandatory)

Preferred Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency
- Exposure to campaign execution, client coordination, and internal team handling
- Experience working on brand campaigns and social/digital deliverables
