Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Robust knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
