We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




04 years of experience in recruitment (freshers may apply).
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and hiring practices.

Good to Have
Experience in IT or technical recruitment.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
Exposure to bulk or campus hiring.
