Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Customer Service Associate role located in Pune City. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless experience for all customers. Responsibilities include managing phone and email communication,



maintaining a high standard of professionalism and etiquette, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolutions. By prioritizing customer needs and delivering excellent service, the associate will contribute to building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

Robust skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and improving Customer Experience
Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to navigate customer support systems
Prior experience in a customer-oriented role is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to energetic challenges
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are a plus
