About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Agentic AI Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building AI-driven applications, particularly focused on autonomous agents, LLM integrations, and workflow automation.

Location: Dehradun

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Build and maintain agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen
- Develop APIs and backend services using Node.js / Python
- Implement prompt engineering and optimize model responses
- Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Debug, test, and optimize AI pipelines for performance and scalability

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Node.js) or Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
- Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS / GCP / Azure
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model tuning

Positive to Have

- Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of AI evaluation and monitoring tools

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML or backend development
