Lead Generation & Institutional Outreach: Generate leads from medical colleges across India through structured outreach Identify and connect with student bodies, college ambassadors, and institutional authorities Research and identify recent medical institutions for collaboration and outreach Build and maintain a strong institutional network

Lead Conversion & Student Onboarding: Convert institutional and student leads into active registrations Coordinate demos, presentations, follow-ups, and closures with student representatives Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained student engagement

Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Lead Generation is preferred Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across colleges Goal-oriented with strong follow-up and closure abilities Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus
