We are looking for a data-driven and commercially aware Junior Revenue Analyst who brings hands-on sales experience and an analytical mindset. This role sits at the intersection of

sales performance, user behavior, and revenue optimization , helping translate data into actionable growth strategies for our eCards and digital engagement ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Performance Analysis

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue trends across products (eCards, subscriptions, promotions). Track key metrics such as: Conversion rates (visit → send → paid) Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) Identify revenue leakages and optimization opportunities across the funnel. Sales Data Integration

Leverage prior sales experience to interpret: Customer intent signals Drop-off points in conversion journeys Bridge qualitative sales insights with quantitative performance data. Campaign & Funnel Analysis

Evaluate performance of email campaigns, social traffic, and promotions. Analyze click-to-send and send-to-conversion ratios. Recommend improvements for: Landing pages Call-to-actions (CTAs) Offer placements User Behavior & Segmentation

Segment users based on behavior (new vs repeat, occasion-based usage, geography). Identify high-value cohorts and patterns in repeat usage.



Support personalization strategies for better engagement and monetization. Reporting & Dashboards

Build and maintain dashboards for: Revenue tracking Campaign performance User engagement trends Present insights in a clear, actionable format to marketing and leadership teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with: Marketing (campaign optimization) Product (feature improvements) Content (occasion-based engagement) Support A/B testing initiatives for pricing, creatives, and UX elements. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

0–2 years of experience in

sales, business analysis, or revenue-related roles Robust understanding of sales funnels and customer behavior Proficiency in: Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables) Basic data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) Analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from data Good-to-Have

Experience with: Google Analytics / web analytics tools Email campaign analytics SQL (basic querying) Exposure to

consumer internet products / digital platforms Understanding of seasonal/occasion-based demand (holidays, events) Key Competencies

Commercial awareness (understanding what drives revenue) Data storytelling (translating numbers into business decisions) Attention to detail with a strong problem-solving approach Ability to connect

sales intuition with data-backed insights
