to play a critical role in managing and governing our technology portfolio.

Role Overview This is a key role responsible for operationalizing

Technology Portfolio Resource Management

and ensuring both strategic and tactical alignment across initiatives. You will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to drive prioritization, funding, resourcing, and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end technology portfolio including demand intake, prioritization, and execution Facilitate ideation, request intake, and evaluation of new technology demands Drive business case development, project charters, and value realization frameworks Ensure optimal resource allocation based on priorities and availability Oversee project funding, financial tracking, and budget adherence Monitor actuals vs forecast vs approved budgets and resolve variances Enable governance, approvals, and compliance across the portfolio lifecycle Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget,



and high-quality delivery Build strong relationships with internal teams, sponsors, and external partners Drive continuous improvement and ensure data accuracy across portfolio reporting

What We’re Looking For Minimum

5+ years of experience

in portfolio management, PMO, or technology operations Strong experience in

technology planning, portfolio governance, and resource management Hands-on exposure to

portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview preferred) Good understanding of

Agile methodologies and application portfolio management Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking IT financials Excellent

stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and manage competing priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
