The Senior Analyst role within the GCC Provider Solutions (GPS) cluster of the Commercial and Solution Analytics team is a market-facing research and advisory position focused on helping global technology providers, IT and business process service providers, and other ecosystem participants effectively compete and grow in the Global Capability Center (GCC) market. The role involves conducting rigorous market research, building analytical frameworks, and contributing to client advisory engagements that span the GCC lifecycle, including new center setups, expansion of existing relationships, and GCC-related acquisitions.

The Senior Analyst will be a core contributor to the GPS cluster's research agenda and client deliverables, bringing analytical depth and intellectual rigor to complex market questions. This includes leading discrete workstreams within client engagements, publishing forward-looking market intelligence, and supporting thought leadership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct primary and secondary research on GCC market trends, provider strategies, deal patterns, and competitive dynamics




- Build analytical models and market diagnostics to identify patterns and anticipate shifts in GCC-related demand
- Synthesize complex market signals into clear, differentiated insights that inform client strategy and research
- Engage with technology providers, service providers, and ecosystem partners to develop a comprehensive market view
- Lead discrete workstreams within advisory engagements on GCC market entry, opportunity identification, and competitiveness
- Own specific components of client deliverables, ensuring analytical rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
- Present findings to client stakeholders and support informed decision-making in collaboration with senior team members
- Contribute to research reports, whitepapers, and briefs with forward-looking perspectives on the GCC and provider landscape
- Identify emerging areas of market interest and proactively develop content ideas aligned with client needs
- Build external visibility through blogs, conference contributions, and client presentations
- Support business development through proposal creation, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership outreach
- Collaborate across the GPS cluster and other Everest Group practices to deliver integrated research and advisory outcomes

Education and experience

We are in search of a highly motivated individual to uphold our exceptional standards. This person should possess:

- 1-4 years of relevant experience in consulting, research, or outsourcing strategy environment
- A Bachelor's degree from a well-regarded college; an MBA is preferred (from a Tier-1 Business School)
- Experience with strategy/management consulting firms, corporate strategy teams within providers, or strategy groups of Global Business Services/Global Capability Centers is advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in the outsourcing and offshoring industry, along with the ability to comprehend market trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative work style with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- A willingness to travel intermittently
