Job Title: Senior Zuora Techno-Functional Consultant / Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a techno-functional specialist to join our team with a primary focus on Zuora Revenue and strong hands-on experience in Zuora Billing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in configuring Zuora Revenue end-to-end and working across billing models, while bridging functional requirements with technical implementation to support scalable and effective monetization across the subscription lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Zuora Revenue end-to-end, including:

-Revenue contract grouping

-POB template configuration

-SSP allocation

-Alignment of revenue rules with business policies

- Work hands-on with Zuora Billing, covering:

-One-time billing

-Recurring billing

-Usage-based billing models

-Ensure billing processes align with e-commerce and CPQ workflows

- Support integrations and configurations related to:





-Payment gateways

-ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

-Avalara for tax configuration and compliance

- Act as a bridge between functional requirements and technical implementation
- Support scalable and compliant monetization across the subscription lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience in Zuora Revenue configuration
- Practical experience in Zuora Billing across multiple billing models
- Understanding of:

-Revenue contract grouping

-POB templates

-SSP allocation

-Revenue rule alignment

- Experience working with:

-CPQ and e-commerce processes

-Payment gateway integrations

-ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)

- Avalara (tax configuration and compliance)
- Ability to work in a techno-functional role, connecting business needs with system implementation
