✅ Role Summary The Analyst – FP&A; will support the incentive management process, data reconciliation, revenue validation, and preparation of monthly financial reports. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and operational insights.

✅ Key Responsibilities Support preparation of incentive eligibility across factories based on defined criteria. Manage reconciliation between manual DPR and e-DPR systems and provide accurate impact assessments . Assist in CM (Cost Management) verification. Perform revenue validation for ancillary units and ensure accurate incentive payout calculations.



Contribute to the preparation of SOPs for incentive release methodology. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on operational trends. Prepare monthly MIS reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy.

✅ Education CA Inter / CMA (India) ✅ Work Experience Freshers welcome ✅ Technical Skills Advanced Excel Robust analytical and numerical ability Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Power BI is an added advantage ✅ Soft Skills Teamwork and adaptability Strong attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities ✅ Languages English, Malayalam, Hindi
