- 10-15 years’ experience working in a network engineering position.
- Extensive knowledge of IP Networking protocols BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc. and hands on experience managing large Service Provider Networks.
- Proficiency in network automation tools such as Ansible (including AWX), Python scripting, and YANG data models will be highly regarded
- Experience and practical knowledge of network automation practices using Ansible playbook and Python programming.
- Working knowledge in a Linux environment in addition to traditional networking.
- Comfortable working with ambiguous or vaguely defined challenges in finding technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team workplace.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and network engineers.
