We are looking for a highly experienced and execution-focused Senior Graphic Designer who can go beyond basic design and contribute to end-to-end visual storytelling across digital platforms.

This role requires someone who understands design, motion, content psychology, and performance-driven creatives - not just tools.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality static creatives, carousels, reels, ad creatives, and video content for multiple brands across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

• Create engaging carousels, banners, and brand-led visual concepts

• Edit short-form videos (reels, ads, motion graphics, explainer cuts)

• Develop performance-driven ad creatives (Meta + LinkedIn)

• Work closely with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals

• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables

• Handle multiple client projects with quick turnaround timelines

• Ideate new formats, visual styles, and content directions

Technical Skill Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, and transitions





• Understanding of short-form video formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads)

• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Canva AI, etc.)

• Knowledge of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design

• Ability to create conversion-focused creatives (ads, hooks, thumbnails)

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus

• Experience with Figma or similar tools is preferred

Experience Required:

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing

• Agency experience will be a strong advantage
