Job Role: Customer Service Executive (Credit Card)

Line of Business (LOB): Inbound Voice & Chat

Client: BFSI – Unity (Banking Process) - Third party (Off Roll)

Location: Turbhe (Juinagar), Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound voice and chat interactions for a leading banking (BFSI) client. The role involves assisting customers with credit card-related queries, resolving concerns, and delivering a high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer queries via voice and chat channels
- Provide accurate information regarding credit card services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain quality and compliance standards




- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (BPO/Voice Process)
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Positive communication skills (Versant Level 5 or equivalent)

Compensation:

- CTC: ₹32,500 per month
- In-hand: ₹28,000 per month

Work Schedule:

- Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational

Location Details:

- Turbhe (Juinagar), Navi Mumbai
