Role Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst with a robust foundation in biostatistics and hands-on expertise in R, Python, and SQL to support data-driven decision-making within the life sciences domain. This role involves mining large datasets, performing advanced analyses, and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Extract, process, and analyze large structured datasets using SQL, R, and Python Perform statistical analysis and develop data models to generate actionable insights Translate complex data into

clear, decision-oriented reports and dashboards Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic and operational decisions Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through exploratory data analysis Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across analyses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives





Required Skills & Experience 4–5 years of experience in

data analytics / advanced analytics Strong proficiency in: SQL (data extraction, transformation) R and/or Python (statistical analysis, data modeling) Solid understanding of

statistical concepts / biostatistics fundamentals Experience working with

large datasets and data mining techniques Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate insights effectively to

non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications Experience in

life sciences / healthcare / pharma datasets Exposure to

real-world data (RWD), clinical, or commercial datasets Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
