As we scale, we need a sharp, grounded operations leader who can hold our stores to a high standard — and build the systems that make that standard self-sustaining.The RoleAs Multi-Store Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for a cluster of Amadora stores. This is not a desk job. You'll be on the floor, in the numbers, and in the conversation — every day.What You'll Be Responsible ForOperations & StandardsOwn daily operations across your cluster of stores — opening/closing compliance, staffing, service flow, and cleanlinessConduct structured store visits with written observations and follow-throughEnsure product quality and presentation standards are consistent across every outletIdentify and fix operational breakdowns before they become habits People & PerformanceHire, onboard, coach, and where necessary, exit store-level staffBuild a culture of accountability — shift leads and store managers should run their stores, not wait for you to run it for themConduct regular performance reviews and create development plans for high-potential team membersReduce attrition by building teams that actually want to stay Commercial & Financial AccountabilityTrack daily sales, waste, and cost metrics across your clusterFlag variances and drive corrective action with urgencyManage petty cash,



vendor coordination, and inventory discipline at the store levelOwn your cluster's P&L; contribution — you'll know your numbers cold Customer Experience & BrandMonitor customer feedback across Google Reviews, Swiggy, Zomato, and in-storeEnsure complaints are resolved quickly and learnings are fed back into operationsMaintain Amadora's reputation as a premium, detail-obsessed brand at every touchpoint Reporting & CommunicationReport daily to senior leadership with structured updates — not just "all okay"Surface issues early, propose solutions, and follow through on commitmentsBe the connective tissue between the ground and the leadership team What We're Looking For5–8 years in F&B;, QSR, or specialty retail operations — with at least 2–3 years managing multiple locationsA natural operator: you notice what's off before anyone tells youStrong people instincts — firm when needed, fair alwaysComfortable with numbers: sales, waste, cost per unit, variance — this should be your languageExcellent communicator — clear in writing, direct in personChennai or Bangalore based; willingness to travel between cities as neededExperience with delivery platforms (Swiggy/Zomato) and basic POS systems is a plus Why AmadoraWe're not a cookie-cutter QSR chain.
