Following a successful pilot and establishment in 2021, we have rapidly scaled to manage over 200+ properties across 20+ cities in the UK, Europe, and Asia. As we continue to expand our international portfolio, we are looking for a sharp, data-driven Commercial Analyst based in India to join our revenue team and drive property performance.Role OverviewAs a Commercial Analyst, you will be the primary engine behind our revenue-generating activities. This role is not just about data entry; it is a high-impact position where your daily pricing decisions directly affect the company’s bottom line. You will blend market research with technical execution to ensure our properties are always positioned to win.Candidate Profile & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.1–3 years of experience in an analytical role (Pricing, Commercial Analysis, Financial Planning, or Data-driven Operations).Experience in a fast-paced sector (e.G., E-commerce, Ride-hailing, Airlines, or Hospitality) is preferred.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: You must be highly proficient with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex logical formulas.Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly master SaaS tools, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and Dynamic Pricing software.Attention to Detail: High accuracy is critical; small errors in pricingcan have significant financial impacts.Commercial Mindset: Ability to look beyond the numbers to understand market demand and competitor behavior.Proactive Problem Solving:



Ability to work independently and make data-backed decisions under pressure.Key Responsibilities1. Pricing Strategy & ExecutionImplement and manage dynamic pricing strategies across our global portfolio.Perform daily rate adjustments based on real-time demand, local events, seasonality, and competitor moves.Monitor and optimize key metrics: Occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR.2. Market Analysis & Commercial InsightsConduct continuous market research and competitor benchmarking across international territories.Identify underperforming listings and implement corrective pricing or marketing strategies.Analyze historical booking data to improve forecasting accuracy and pricing models.3. System Management & Data IntegrityManage pricing tools and channel managers to ensure 100% rate accuracy across all booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.Com, Expedia, etc.).Maintain data integrity across systems and resolve technical pricing discrepancies immediately.4.
