Position: Faculty- Finance, Marketing, HR, Analytics, ITInternational School of Management Excellence (ISME) invites applications for Faculty positions across Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Analytics, and Information Technology. The role involves delivering high-quality, industry-relevant teaching, developing curriculum, mentoring students, and contributing to research and academic initiatives.

Responsibilities:Design, plan,



and deliver creative and effective teaching and learning programs for UG (BBA & B Com) and PG management students.Teach across a range of modules/units or within a subject area using appropriate teaching, learning support, assessment methods, and technologies.Assess the work and progress of students and give them constructive feedback.Seek ways of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery, including online delivery and blended learning approaches, and obtaining and analysing feedback.The faculty will also be responsible for administrative and research work.

Requirement:MBA with a minimum 8+ years of experience.Academicians with prior corporate experience are preferred.Candidates with a Ph.D. qualification are desirable.The ideal candidate should have had research publications in ABDC / Scopus.The candidate should be a subject matter expert in his / her area of specialization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
