About the RoleYou will enable Aurigo's go-to-market teams including sellers, pre-sales, systems integrator partners, and co-sell partners to effectively position, sell, and deliver Aurigo's AI-native solutions. Acting as the connective tissue between product, product marketing, and the field, you will translate product strategy and capabilities into clear enablement programs, tools, and assets that drive adoption, deal velocity, and customer outcomes. You will work closely with product management to understand the roadmap and differentiation, and with sales and customer-facing teams to ensure they are equipped with the right knowledge, messaging, and playbooks at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute product enablement programs for Aurigo's internal sales team, pre-sales, systems integrator partners, and co-sell partners.Develop and maintain sales playbooks, solution guides, demo scripts, objection handling materials, and pitch narratives.Partner with Product Marketing Managers to ensure enablement content reflects current positioning and is available at the right stage of the sales cycle.Own systems integrator partner enablement including structured release notes, sandbox access documentation, integration guides, and onboarding packages for partner solution architects.Manage co-sell partner enablement including joint sales plays, marketplace listing content, and account upsell materials.Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new sellers and partner teams on Aurigo's products, value propositions, and competitive positioning.Build and maintain a feedback loop from the field by gathering win and loss insights, sales friction points,



and competitive intelligence to continuously improve materials.Define and track enablement effectiveness metrics such as time to first deal, content utilisation rates, deal velocity, and win rate trends.Work with AI agents to scale content production, refresh battlecards, and automate competitive monitoring.Support product launches by ensuring all go-to-market teams are fully enabled before general availability.

Soft SkillsStrong facilitation and training delivery skills. Comfortable presenting to sellers, partners, and customer-facing teams.Excellent written communication. Produces crisp, actionable enablement content without extensive editing.Ability to build trust and credibility with sales teams through the relevance and quality of materials.Highly organised and able to manage multiple enablement programs simultaneously.Collaborative and responsive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Hard SkillsDeep understanding of B2B SaaS enterprise sales motions and enablement frameworks.Experience building sales playbooks, training programs, and partner enablement packages.Proven ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear and consumable enablement assets.Ability to analyze enablement impact using data and performance metrics.Experience supporting systems integrator partner channels and co-sell partner motions.





Technical SkillsFamiliarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms.Proficiency with learning management systems or training delivery platforms.Ability to use AI tools to accelerate content production, competitive monitoring, and playbook updates.Understanding of enterprise SaaS product packaging and solution positioning.

Educational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA from a top institution preferred.

Prior Experience8 or more years of experience in product enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.Proven experience enabling both direct sales teams and systems integrator or channel partners.Experience building enablement programs for enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.Exposure to North American public sector or capital-intensive commercial markets is a strong plus.Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and customer success.
